Antigua and Barbuda Culinary Month returns in May 2026 as a monthlong program that spotlights local cooks, island ingredients, and visiting chefs of Caribbean descent. The series builds on earlier editions and emphasizes community collaboration across hospitality, agriculture, and public service to showcase the islands’ culinary identity.
Events span the entire month and include an island wide Restaurant Week offering three prix-fixe tiers, a major industry symposium focused on food systems and hospitality, and a large public festival combining food, art, and drink. Multiple collaboration dinners, beachside cookouts, and pop-up experiences provide varied settings for both fine dining and casual island fare.
